What data we collect

When you send a request from "My selection": your name, your phone number and/or email address, your city, the message you write and the pieces you are interested in.

Automatically, to protect the form from abuse: the IP address it is sent from. We do not ask for sensitive personal data.

What we use it for

To handle your request: review the pieces you chose, contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email, and send and follow up on your quote.

We do not use your data to send you advertising without your permission.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or hand over your data. It is processed, on behalf of ROHER, by the providers that run this site and our customer service system (hosting and management), only for the purposes in this notice. We may share it when required by a competent authority.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use (ARCO rights), and withdraw your consent. To do so, write to info@roher.mx with your name, a way to reply to you, the right you want to exercise and the data it refers to. We will reply within the time limits set by law.

Cookies

The site uses its own cookies, needed for it to work: one keeps the pieces in "My selection", another remembers which campaign brought you here (so we know which ads work) and another shows an error message for a few seconds. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If the form shows a Cloudflare check, that check uses its own cookies to tell people from automated programs.
